Privacy of clients is important.

CompleteTAX will need to collect personal information from you, our clients, so that we may provide you with appropriate accounting, tax and business advisory services. Without this information we may not be able to adequately provide you with the services you require. Where you do not provide, or are unwilling to provide the information required, you will be advised immediately of any consequences of this. Personal information may be collected directly from you or an authorised employee from emails or other correspondence sent to this office. Information may also be provided by third parties such as the tax office, your financial institution, your solicitor or other professional advisor. When this occurs, you will be informed that we have obtained the information.





Disclosure

We do not disclose personal information to any outside third party organisation unless we are legally required to release the information, or unless we have obtained consent from you prior to disclosing the information. CompleteTAX will not sell/rent/trade or otherwise supply your personal information to others without your consent. Measures exist to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of information held by CompleteTAX. These measures include physical security of files on the premises, the use of passwords and firewalls in relation to electronic information. All information will be held by CompleteTAX for the relevant statutory retention periods, and will be destroyed after that.
